There have been many times in my life where what I thought, felt, said, and did showed me that my heart needed help and healing.
Past experiences that I had no control over, my upbringing, and some choices I made all contributed to my heart not being as well or as healthy as it could be. Perhaps this is the same for you. If so, I want you to know that it's not your fault and there is hope.
